Summit Keynote

We are excited to announce that Gert Garman, our keynote speaker, will present 20/20 and Beyond: Insights into Innovating.  Her presentation is sure to be the catalyst to creative thinking that takes us outside of our everyday boxes.  Her experience with Disney Destinations, the city of Orlando, and various educational organizations is fully detailed on our featured speaker page.

Working Collaboratively Toward an Excellent Experience

Karena Johnson, CRP, NEI Domestic Operations Director, will showcase how NEI interacts with our transferees to respectfully support our service partners – video vignettes included.

Strategic Planning for Technology Solutions

Technology is one of the main drivers of today’s innovations.  Greg Keith, NEI SVP of Information Technology Services, will discuss NEI’s technology roadmap, our strategic planning process and how it enables NEI, our clients and service partners to keep moving forward while balancing long-term business strategies and short-term requirements.

Round Table Discussions

Put your thinking cap on for another round of great discussions and sharing amongst your peers.  This year’s topics include:

  • Making Lump Sums feel like Full-service Moves
  • Reducing Transaction Costs
  • Eliminating Touchpoints

Lonn Kammeyer, NEI Global Service Partner Relations Project Manager, will moderate the round table discussions, set up with color coded seating and changing tables for new discussions with new faces on each topic.

The Future is Here

This panel discussion will be comprised of three service partners who were shortlisted entrants for the first-ever “NEI Innovation Award”. We are sure you will learn much in hearing about their submissions and other innovative measures their companies are taking in our rapidly evolving world.

Diversity and Inclusion – A Corporate View

Diversity and Inclusion is a hot topic that impacts companies on many levels.  Several of NEI’s valued clients were gracious enough to lend their expertise to this critical discussion that will help you understand how their goals pertaining to D&I are developed, implemented and could affect you as a service partner.
